Refunds and Exchanges
Please choose carefully as Roseicapilla does not accept exchanges for change of mind. This is also due to hygiene reasons. Dimensions and extensive descriptions are stated on the website for this reason. Please email before purchase if you have any questions. We will replace items within one week of item receipt if they are not as per your order (i.e. incorrect item posted or faulty) however items damaged in transit should be taken to your local post office for assessment as Australia Post requires a review for compensation. IF you need to return your order due to the reasons stated above, please contact us FIRST to confirm it will be accepted. We cannot provide a refund for a returned item not previously discussed.
